3. Return Policy

We follow a customer-friendly return policy in line with Bangladeshi e-commerce standards:

• Reporting Time: You must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

5. Delivery Policy

We aim for fast and reliable delivery across all 64 districts of Bangladesh.

• Delivery Areas & Time:

  • Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 24–48 hours.

  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3–5 business days.

• Delivery Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳৬০

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳১২০ 

• Advance Payment: For orders outside Dhaka, we may require the delivery charge to be paid in advance via bKash/Nagad to confirm the order.

• Inspection: Customers are encouraged to check the product in front of the delivery person (especially for fragile items).
